PATH

The Partnership to Advance Tribal Health (PATH) collaborates with IHS hospitals to transform patient care and improve the health of American Indians and Alaska Natives (AIAN) people using patient-centered, evidence-based, culturally appropriate resources, while addressing the unique health care quality challenges and leveraging the local trusted relationships across our regions. PATH strives to improve population health among American Indian and Alaska Native communities through partnerships to identify needs and support the implementation of best practices. A collaboration of organizations focused on quality improvement formed PATH to offer a unified approach to advance tribal health in seven states across the country.

OFMQ works with Claremore Indian Hospital and Lawton Indian Hospital to improve the quality of IHS systems.
