My Quality Net is a secure website established by CMS for communications and data exchange. It is used by QIOs, health care providers, vendors and the Clinical Data Abstraction Centers. My QualityNet also contains tools, updates and useful information for public reporting and data submission.
Signing Up for My QualityNet
Before signing up for My QualityNet you need to decide if you should be registered as an Administrator or Basic User. It is recommended that each provider have two Security Administrators. Administrators can add, edit and terminate Basic Users. They also serve as a point of contact and receive QualityNet updates and information. Security Administrators must register through the QIO.
