Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality’s work with physician practices focuses on improving patient care by optimizing workflow, process improvement and systems change. We assist physicians implementing Health Information Technology (HIT) and related quality improvement efforts. Additionally, we partner with physicians on improving clinical areas such as diabetes management and preventive services including breast cancer screening (mammography) and immunizations for influenza and pneumococcal disease.
