The CMS Partner Center includes educational and outreach research tools for its partners. You can also find out more information about resources available for people with limited income and resources.

This website serves as an information resource to help support the delivery and promotion of Medicare preventive benefits.

The official Medicare website provides information about Medicare and the services available through its coverage. You can view the publications here.

 

· HealthierUS.gov (www.healthierus.gov/)

The HealthierUS initiative is a national effort to improve people's lives, prevent and reduce the costs of disease, and promote community health and wellness. The site encourages people to learn how to make physical activity a part of their day, eat healthy, protect themselves and their family from illness, and avoid risks to their health and the health of their loved ones.

Includes archived monthly prevention messages for providers. These messages are part of CMS’ preventive services information program for providers, which includes awareness messages that correspond with the National Monthly Health Observances.

CMS has an extensive online library of free publications and materials that are available in English and in Spanish. You can sign up for the CMS Publications Mailing List, which will give you access to the online library.

This site has the contact information for your state SHIP office. Local SHIPs provide health insurance counseling and information to Medicare beneficiaries through free personalized, face-to-face counseling and assistance via telephone, public education presentations and programs, and media activities.
