Heart Failure

OFMQ works to improve care for Oklahoma's heart failure patients. We assist hospitals to treat heart failure by following guidelines that are clinically proven to reduce morbidity and mortality. OFMQ offers consulting, training, tools and interventions at no charge to hospitals. We often host presentations by national heart failure experts, and our skilled team of doctors and nurses are on hand to educate and train health care staff using evidence based medicine.
