Governance

The Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality board of directors is comprised of up to 20 professionals representing a diverse array of interests and perspectives, who provide strategic oversight to OFMQ's work to improve health care quality. Our board and senior leadership is committed to the highest standards in business practice, governance and public accountability. Board members serve for a three-year term with a maximum of two terms (6 years). New members are approved and elected by the full board.
