Since 1972, Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality, Inc. (OFMQ) has maintained a focus on improving health in Oklahoma, while we have evolved to meet the changing needs of the health community. Today, we are a community-based Medicare quality improvement organization (QIO), working alongside providers and stakeholders throughout Oklahoma to improve healthcare and improve lives.

Our Services

OFMQ provides consulting for quality improvement projects targeted for physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and pharmacies. We also provide comprehensive quality review services for cases where care may be inadequate or inappropriate and that may provide opportunity for improvement.
