Oklahoma Tobacco Control Program - Tobacco Stops With Me website offers resources for Tobacco Free communities and lists organizations and coalitions are working together on a local level to reduce the toll of tobacco in their communities.
Living Longer, Living Stronger Chronic Disease Self Management Program - This community-based program helps people with chronic conditions find support and practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices, and learn better ways to talk with health care providers and family about health. For people (and their caregivers) with conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, the Living Longer, Living Stronger With Chronic Conditions program can help you take charge of your life.
