Cathy Maffry, MBA, BSN, RN-BC, QIOSC Program Director

Cathy is responsible for the successful management of CMS Special Study contracts, sub-contracts, and other special projects for the National QIOSC Contract. She oversees the management of personnel and financial resources and ensuring all contract deliverables and specified contract requirements are met.

Cathy has educational training from Oklahoma State University, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. She is board certified in case management and holds memberships in the America Nurses Association, Oklahoma Nurses Association and the National Association of Professional Women.
